Pantochino Productions’ Ridiculously Entertaining 3rd Season

Award-winning Pantochino Productions Inc. opens it’s third season of ‘ridiculously entertaining’ theatre for family audiences on October 19th with it’s new musical, “Porkenstein!” at the Center for the Arts in Milford. Adapted from the popular book by Kathryn Lasky, “Porkenstein” follows the story of Dr. Pig and his assistant Feegor as they attempt to create an enormous ‘wolf-proof’ pig in time for Halloween. The original musical has been adapted for the stage by Bert Bernardi (book & lyrics) and Justin Rugg (music) and features sets by Von Del Mar, lighting by Timothy Cook and costumes by Jimmy Johansmeyer.
Pantochino Productions Inc. has brought several new works to the New Haven area including “Cinderella Skeleton” and “The Groovy Ghoulies” at ECA, “Teen Santa” and “The Brothers Grimm & A Showgirl” at Yale’s Off-Broadway Theatre, and “Glitz: The Little Miss Christmas Pageant” at the Center for the Arts in Milford.
“Porkenstein” plays Saturday, October 19 at 2 & 5:30pm, Sunday October 20 at 2pm, Friday October 25 at 7:30pm, Saturday October 26 at 2 & 5:30pm and Sunday, October 27 at 2pm. The Center for the Arts is located at 40 Railroad Avenue (the Northbound train station) in Milford. All tickets are $17. and available online at www.pantochino.com or at the door.
